My Personal Journey with CARs


As someone who has personally experienced the benefits of CARs, I can’t emphasize enough how crucial they were in my recovery journey. After suffering a shoulder injury, I was introduced to the Functional Range Conditioning (FRC) approach by my brother-in-law, a specialist in the rehabilitation of elite athletes.
