Are you healthier today than you were five years ago?

1. If your answer is “yes” then you must have made one or more important changes in your lifestyle that would contribute to the development of your health like:

  • Changed your diet
  • Started exercising
  • Stopped smoking
  • Beganmeditating
  • Took up yoga
  • Got involved with ways to reduce stress
  • Regular chiropractic care

2. If your answer is “no” then it is obvious that your health has deteriorated over the past five years.

Do you expect to be healthier five years from now than you are today? Most people would say the health always deteriorates over time but it simply isn’t so. We all know people who are healthier and more vibrant today than they were a few years ago. But, what about you?

1. If you expect to be healthier five years from now than you are today, you must have a strategy that would cause your health to develop rather than deteriorate. Almost always, those strategies have to do with positive lifestyle changes like:

  • Changing your diet
  • Exercising
  • Cleaning up bad habits
  • Better stress management
  •  Chiropractic care

2.  If your answer is that you do NOT expect to be healthier five years from now than you are today,what could you do that would cause your health to grow rather than deteriorate over the next five years?
